A series of individual sessions conducted in One-to-One format among the certified facilitator and a selection of members of the organization. The results of each session are integrated to produce a global report that reflects the view of all participants.
 
Participants:
Top management team, middle managers, a specific department (with all its members, or a selection), a sample of departments or areas, a delegation or branch (again, with all its employees, o just with some of them), or simply a cross-sectional selection of members of the organization, not necessarily focused on a department, branch of function.
 

Goals:
• Identify those areas, processes or activities of the organization where change is necessary.
• The level of awareness of the members of the organization about the necessary changes.
• The involvement of the members of the organization in the needs of change.

Only one session between a member of organization and a certified consultant

• Obtain a personal vision of the areas, processes or activities of the organization where change is necessary.
• Identify personal improvement challenges in the context of the organization.

Group session with several members of the organization and the certified facilitator.
