Group session with several members of the organization and the certified facilitator. Participants:
Top management team, middle managers, a specific department (with all its members, or a selection), a sample of departments or areas, a delegation or branch (again, with all its employees, o just with some of them), or simply a cross-sectional selection of members of the organization, not necessarily focused on a department, branch of function.
Goals:
Facilitate the creation of a shared vision as a the starting point, as a lever to dirve changes in the organization.
Align the team.
Identify activities or processes in which either lack of focus or lack of competences make it difficult to perform at an optimum level.
